Project Management

KNA offers Project Management Services that help keep our Client’s Data Center construction projects on time and on budget.  Having a Project Manager deployed on-site allows customers to allocate their time appropriately to their core business objectives. Our Project Managers facilitate all installation activities on-site during the construction process. Project changes and challenges are common occurrences and our Professional Project Mangers ensure all changes are addressed appropriately and communicated to the customer throughout the installation process. They also work directly with our Clients and their representatives on the day-to-day installation activities involved in the Data Center construction process. ​

Project Management Services Include:

  • Ensures OSHA Safety Certifications are up-to-date 

  • Schedule the installation team to perform service 

  • Ensure installation as per manufacturer's specifications

  • Ensure work is conducted in a timely manner

  • Identify any open issues

  • Manage any site-based issues affecting service delivery

  • Provides a single service point-of-contact to the customer

  • Logistical planning and workflow logistics are detailed, communicated, and confirmed prior to the start of work

  • Pre-assembly in the staging area to facilitate proper main unit installation

  • Final adjustments are made and the product is cleaned
