Ken Nix - President
Ken Nix founded Ken Nix & Associates, Inc. in 1993. He is the founder and driving force behind KNA. Ken built the company based on quality, integrity, value, and superb service. Ken has over 30 years of electrical contracting experience and holds electrical licenses across the US. His extensive knowledge of Data Center design and implementation is what has grown KNA into the respectable company it is today. Ken is passionate about the ever-changing data center environment. He guides and supports the KNA team as they deliver the exceptional service our customers deserve. He continues to lead the KNA team with executive guidance and leadership.​

Lara Dial - Executive Vice President
Lara Dial joined KNA in 2006 to promote company growth and development plans. Lara works hand in hand with Ken on creating and implementing policies and procedures company-wide. She facilitates decision making for the best course of action to stimulate future business development and financial management. She collaborates with project managers on scheduling, staffing, and customer expectations.

Paul Harris - Senior Project Manager
Paul Harris has over 30 years of electrical experience and has been a valuable part of KNA for over 15 years. Paul is customer service oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with the work KNA provides. He oversees and directs the onsite construction of projects while monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations.
